Sage, our favorite robot librarian, investigates whether AI is good or bad for the environment in "Wired to Heal or to Harm." The visual theme for a J Term course called "AI Foundations and Futures" was used across curriculum materials, throughout presentation slides and worksheet headers. Thomas Cole's painting "The Oxbow" juxtaposed images of civilization and wilderness, echoing themes of westward expansion and manifest destiny. Layered with glowing binary code, the image reframes 19th-century ideas of exploration to reflect the new, uncharted territory we now find ourselves exploring in the age of artificial intelligence.

Original illustrations for a reference document intended to help students track their language learning progress. I drew inspiration from the Work Projects Administration national parks posters and the theme of travel and adventure, a fitting concept for new world language learners.
